About

 Katrin Afrika

"Veterinary Ophthalmology became my passion. After a year in Ivory Coast in 2010, I realized that I wanted to perform state of the art medicine and therefore started my specialization. Within ophthalmology I discovered that not only can I improve the quality of life for animals; I also enjoy comparing veterinary and human medicine and explore possibilities, exchange knowledge internationally, challenge myself surgically and constantly try to improve as a veterinarian to offer highest standard of care."
